We’re an established art business looking for a high-energy, creative Social + Content Manager. Our ideal candidate will have previous experience as a creative professional, a passion for digital and social media, and a natural talent for communicating with our customers through an array of channels.
The right candidate will embrace the opportunity to be equal parts creative and strategy-oriented, relishing the opportunity to make this position their own while working closely with leadership.
This is an upbeat, professional environment where handmade artwork is being made on site daily. There is no shortage of incredible ways to tell our brand’s story and create compelling, engaging content for our current fans as well as potential customers all around the globe.
Primary objective of the role: execute effective content strategies to a high standard on and offline which further our business goals, represents our brand voice, engages and grows our audience, and enhances our customers’ experience.
(Please note: you do not need to be a professional photographer. We shoot with an iPhone 12 and will train you regarding the best ways to capture our unique art pieces.)
Take, edit and post photos to social media and our website
Take, edit, and post video to social media, YouTube, and our website
Capture exciting, dynamic, product photos and videos of our handmade artwork for ecommerce listings
Label, re-size, and and file photos and videos (keep digital assets organized)
Post testimonials, promotional content, and contests to social media and our website
Create assets for contests, sales, product launches, and other promotional events
Creating or commission print and collateral marketing materials like business cards, print ads, brochures, and other promotional materials
Creating or commission digital collateral materials like graphics, banners, ads and more
Collaborate with product manager to create promotional concepts for online newsletters, product launches, sales, and more
Create engaging online newsletters that drive conversions
Update ecommerce listings with new photos, videos, etc
Candidate must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite CC and other graphic tools to create marketing and sales material. Must show mastery in InDesign and Photoshop, with experience in Illustrator and Muse a plus.
Experience with social media platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest (an avid personal user who has not had professional experience may qualify)
Creativity and the desire to excel
eCommerce listing experience such as Amazon, Etsy, etc.
TBD based on experience
