Courtyards at CityPlace: Cityplace Poolside One Bedroom Condo-this particular condo is the most wonderfully located condo in any downtown in south Florida! It is only 7 minutes from the real Palm Beach beach, just one minute east of 95, and 5 minutes from the airport!
Do keep in mind that these Courtyard condos are the only ones that are actually right in the heart of downtown Cityplace with a covered skyway from our condo parking garage right down into the heart of Cityplace!
It is just one block to the Publix grocery store and right next door to the Cheesecake Factory and Ruth Chris (which is truly just 20 yards away!) on one side and the Kravis Centre and Convention Center on the other! Walk to dozens of other fine stores and restaurants too!
Even nicer; it is ten seconds from the heated pool, the 104 degree spa and the fitness center! It takes just 30 seconds to walk your dog, or bring in groceries from your reserved parking spot in the gated, covered garage; which is also just 10 seconds from your condo door!
Inside the condo you'll find a nice view of the pool, spa and fitness center from both the living room and the bedroom windows!
The convenience of being ten seconds away from having coffee, lunch, or a glass of wine by the pool or spa can't be over emphasized when compared to the ordeal that condos on floors 2-5 in the other three buildings put you through; whether it’s carrying your groceries, walking the dog a few times a day or just the daily packing up and toting your stuff; with all the walking down various, open and non air conditioned hallways, waiting for elevators, in and out of numerous gates from the other buildings in the complex going back and forth to the parking garage or the pool, hot tub, fitness center or to use the clubhouse amenities!
