Fenced yard, pet friendly, large grill and two ellipticals and a recumbent bike with dumbbells and a bench on the side porch!
All five bedrooms in this Executive Share Home have 55 to 65 inch TVs, as do both living rooms of course have the unbelievable TV entertainment package we have offered for years now! 14 HBOs, 13 Cinemax, 13 Showtime, 22 Stars channels, free Pay Per View, hundreds of sports channels including the NFL red zone, all the college conferences for all sports, a dozen ESPN channels, and 6 UFC channels; plus 10,000 movies, 1800 series, thousands of adult channels, networks and movies and hundreds of Network channels and over 400 local channels; all free of course for all our residents and available for only $19 a month should you like to have this package in what ever rental you choose; should you not find what you're looking for in our system!
This share house has an outdoor living room, exercise set up with two Precor ellipticals, a True brand recumbent bike, dumbbells, a bench and cushioned mats for roller, ab and floor exercise work. We also have two driveways; one on each side of the house for 5 cars and two more in the front on the street!
Plus, we don't do those ridiculous first, last and security deposits; just a one month deposit!

What is Executive Share House Living? Well, for the same (or less!) money than someone would spend for a studio the size of a hotel room; residents get to live in a four or five bedroom house having their own private bedroom and a shared or private bath!
It’s Your Room in Your House! Executive Share Done The Right Way! The biggest difference between living in one of our rooms in our Executive Share homes is the feeling you “don’t get” and that is that you often feel like you’re living in someone else’s home; whether you’re in one of their bedrooms, or their family room or their kitchen! In our share homes, all the residents share the home together; the entire house is all equally yours! Our unique approach to a safe, clean and sanitized living environment in our Executive Share Houses which include individual silverware and dishes for each resident!
They have large screen HDTV’s, thousands of channel over 10,000 movies and series, every sports channel, free Pay Per View, 1,200 speed wireless internet and either pools or hot tubs (often both!), full size pool tables, private rooms, with private or shared baths, exercise equipment, and fenced yards! Why is this style of lodging so popular; well, you only pay for your bedroom; the part of the home you use the most; while sharing all the common areas and all the amenities with the other residents!
Thus, this setup allows for the degree of socialization, interaction and also privacy that one prefers while enjoying everything that a large, totally furnished home, with all utilities included offers; while you just pay for one of the bedrooms while enjoying and sharing everything else! Do, keep in mind, that we do screen all our prospective tenants (not a credit check and no fee for this and no app fee either!) so please text a pix of your driver's license prior to scheduling a tour for the house!
We also attempt to keep all of our share homes age related; so you won’t see 30 somethings in the same house with 50 somethings! Another important factor is that we don’t give you the boot on Dec. 1st or Jan. 1st to grab that big snowbird money; if you scratch our back all spring, summer and fall; we sure as hell don’t screw you over!
We honor your off season rate throughout the year! Of course you (or perhaps a friend!) will have the opportunity to tour the house before we accept a deposit, which is a one month deposit on any bedroom until your house tour and screening are both completed!
Also, once you’re on board and in one of our rentals; you also have first dibs on switching to other rentals that do pop open which may be either better located for your needs or priced closer to your preferred affordability level! We also refund all deposits in cash, in person at checkout; minus only the exit cleaning fee of $50 or $85 (if private bath!)

4-Our Amenities: all of our share houses have private, personal locking bedrooms, with mini fridges, microwaves and coffee setups! All have multiple refrigerators which offer just two people per fridge, food storage space, fully furnished with linens, pillows, towels, hangars, clothes baskets, etc. Most have fenced yards, off street parking, pool tables, hot tubs, swimming pools and more!
5-Our Extras: we provide all of the following; bottled water, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, bleach, stain lifters, dryer sheets, laundry baskets, and all the household cleaning supplies!
6-Our company has been doing business in Palm Beach County for over 20 years with zero unresolved complaints with the Better Business Bureau!
