Join a growing team with digital templating and CNC work that will challenge your creative talents. Looking for a CNC Operator who is responsible for operating our CNC machine. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to interpret drawings and perform design work. Experience in CNC'ing cabinetry, acrylic, stone/Corian, HDPE, signage are all skills that would fit well. Carpentry experience is a plus. Candidate should be able to work in a team environment.
Responsibilities
• Operate CNC cutting machines:
o Load programs, set machine parameters, feeds & speeds for tool path
o Prepare, layout, and array parts within software to maximize cutting speed and material yield.
o Create and edit cut files from drawings using Rhino 3D or your choice of design software
o Select and set up machines based on material type and thickness.
• Maintain and manage digital files to ensure correct and current revision levels.
• Perform dimensional inspections to verify product specifications.
• Perform general machine shop operations in support of fabrication and production.
• Experience using VCarve software for routing and processing. Prodim Proliner for digital templating. Lots of fun tools here, you won't be bored.

Full time position but open to contract or part-time work.
