Bill Tyson’s Auto Repair is seeking an experienced Shop Manager / Shop Foreman to oversee daily operations and lead the shop floor.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You will manage workflow, support technicians, coordinate with the Service Advisor, and ensure repairs are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
Candidates should have a strong technical background, experience supervising technicians, and the ability to make practical decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation is $120k–$140k per year (base + commission). The schedule is stable, with no late nights or Sundays. Paid holidays and PTO included.
