Established, locally owned auto repair shop in Wellington is looking for an experienced A-level Automotive Technician with strong diagnostic skills who takes pride in doing the job right.
This is not an entry-level position. We’re looking for someone who can diagnose, repair, and work independently.

The basics:
$50-$70 flat rate, based on experience
Weekly attendance & production bonuses
Paid diagnostic time
Full-time, steady work
What we’re looking for:
5+ years experience in a professional auto repair shop
Strong diagnostic ability (drivability, electrical, engine work)
Experience with brakes, suspension, cooling, and general repair
Comfortable working independently and helping guide less-experienced techs when needed
Reliable attendance and professionalism
Valid driver’s license
ASE certifications a plus — experience matters more
