We are a well-established, family-owned air conditioning company serving Palm Beach County for over 35 years. Most of our employees have been with us for 10+ years, and we are looking for a reliable, experienced professional seeking long-term employment.
WHAT WE OFFER:
• $25–$35 per hour (depending on experience)
• Automatic 8-hour minimum paid for change-outs
• Health insurance (company pays 50%)

• $1,000 bonus after 90 days
(Must be dependable, arrive on time, and maintain good attendance to receive bonus)
REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum 7 years of field experience
• Experience with system replacements and new construction
• Clean driving record and criminal background
• Good communication skills
• Reliable and professional attitude
