This item is brand new, NISB. Included is a 6 channel battery brick, 1 USB charger, and 1 remote control. You will need an A/C adapter to connect to the USB cable for charging, or you can plug it into a computer. You will need to charge both the remote and the battery before use. 2.4GHz frequency is used. No motors or lights included. You will need to buy those separately. Quite a few Lego compatible sets are available online for sale, and some of them can use this to motorize them. Not all kits can handle a 6 channel battery. Some kits include it. Most only use a 4 channel battery. Check with the manufacturer for details. You can use this battery in a Lego kit, as it is compatible.
