Addison Reserve Country Club is seeking a Full-Time Fitness Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.  

Qualified candidates must possess:
- Flexible schedule to work opening and closing shifts hours between 5:30am-8:00pm including weekends and holidays
- Computer skills
- Fitness experience preferred but not required
- Superior customer service skills and phone etiquette 
- Prior resort or country club experience preferred

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and understand the phone system
- Make fitness appointments for members
- Greet members (with surnames)
- Check-in all members
- Sign-up members for classes
- Distribute towels, robes, locker keys and sandals
- Assist members with needs (channel changes, equipment waiting lists, product/retail sales)
- Inform members about services/products
- Tactfully enforce Club and Fitness Center policies.
- Confirm appointments
- Use appropriate logbooks
- Be familiar with all opening and closing procedures
- Ring up member services
- Provide administrative assistance when needed
- Pull/file daily sheets for the spa
- Be aware of all activities in the Fitness Center/Children’s Activity Center
- Be knowledgeable about the fitness menu
- Report to work appropriately dressed and on time
- Attend meetings as required
