Job Description: We are an established leader in the business loan origination space, our NYC office funds $10 million a month and our top producers bring home $130,000 a month in commissions. We have opened a new office in West Palm Beach and are looking to build a sales team with professional and motivated individuals looking for a great place to find a real opportunity. When you first join the team you will start out on our client lead database through follow up calls, emails and will also be calling out on targeted data lists with some warm lead calling. Previous experience in business loans or commercial lending is a plus. The products we focus on are SBA, Equipment Leasing, mortgages, commercial loans, & unsecured funding.

As with most sales positions, this position is OUTBOUND calling (150 calls) focused on the current database, new client lists, and referrals. Please do not apply if you are not capable of handling the outbound calling required, interested in providing good loan options to clients and can contribute to a positive atmosphere.
We work with businesses nationwide so 100% of work is phone-based. The ideal person for this accounts manager is someone who is mature, has high energy, can work independently and is looking for professional growth opportunities.

Current client follow up
Closing new accounts
More outbound calls
Auto Dialer Experience/CRM
2+ years B2B sales experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and oral communication.
Basic computational skills including; typing proficiency, MS Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat,
Prior utilization and understanding of CRM systems
Ability to multi-task and manage a pipeline at various stages of the sales process and development.
Ability to meet required performance metrics and manage time effectively with little to no supervision.
