(“IMRG”) is offering eligible 1099 Independent Sales Contractors
$5,000.00 Sign-On Bonus subject to the following terms and conditions:
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for the $5,000.00 Sign-On Bonus, the Independent Contractor must:
1. Remain actively contracted with IMRG for a minimum of one hundred twenty (120) consecutive calendar days
from their official start date.
2. Maintain active status and remain in good standing throughout the entire 120-day period, including compliance with
all company policies, quality standards, and performance expectations.
3. Rank as a Consecutive Top 5 Sales Representative during the qualifying period, based on company-generated
sales performance reports and metrics determined solely by IMRG management.
4. Be a newly contracted Independent Contractor who has never previously worked for IMRG as either an
employee, independent contractor, consultant, temporary worker, or through any affiliated staffing or recruiting
agency.
5. Not be under any compliance review, disciplinary action, payment dispute, or violation of company policy at the time
the bonus is scheduled to be paid.
Bonus Payment Terms
• The $5,000.00 Sign-On Bonus will be paid upon successful completion of all eligibility requirements outlined above.
• As a 1099 Independent Contractor, the recipient is solely responsible for all applicable taxes, reporting obligations,
and withholdings associated with the bonus payment.
• IMRG reserves the right to verify all production metrics, rankings, contractor classifications, and eligibility
requirements before issuing payment.
Disqualification
The Independent Contractor will automatically forfeit eligibility for the Sign-On Bonus if:
• The contractor relationship is terminated voluntarily or involuntarily before completion of the 120-day period.
• The contractor fails to maintain consecutive Top 5 ranking status during the qualifying period.
• The contractor violates company policy, compliance standards, or contractual obligations.
• IMRG determines that the contractor previously performed services for the company in any capacity before the
contractor's start date.Independent Contractor Acknowledgment
This Sign-On Bonus disclosure does not create an employer-employee relationship. The recipient acknowledges and
agrees they are operating as an independent contractor and not as an employee of IMRG.
The contractor further acknowledges that IMRG retains sole discretion in determining eligibility, qualification status,
sales rankings, and interpretation of the terms outlined in this disclosure.
Company Rights & Legal Protection
IMRG reserves the right to modify, suspend, interpret, revoke, or terminate this Sign-On Bonus program at any time,
with or without notice, at the company’s sole discretion.
Nothing in this disclosure shall be interpreted as a guarantee of compensation, continued engagement, or contractual
relationship beyond the terms separately agreed upon between IMRG and the Independent Contractor.
