ClearBizDebt is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for business owners, helping them find financial relief and stability through our specialized debt reduction programs. You will be responsible for proactively engaging prospects, qualifying them for eligibility, and setting the stage for their success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prospecting & Qualification: Utilize a high-volume predictive dialer system to conduct outbound calls to business owners and qualify their interest and eligibility for ClearBizDebt programs.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain and manage a detailed sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up with prospects using internal CRM systems, Excel, and Google Sheets.
• Communication & Conversion: Deliver a persuasive, scripted presentation to potential clients, clearly communicating the value and benefits of our debt relief solutions.
• Data Accuracy: Ensure meticulous and detailed notes are recorded for all prospect interactions in the CRM.
• Collaboration: Communicate and coordinate with Sales Management to strategize and drive overall team sales goals.
