Sales Associates are the outreach and growth drivers of GULFSHINE Services Inc. They generate new business, maintain strong client relationships, and actively promote the company’s services in the community. Key Responsibilities
• Identify, prospect, and engage potential residential and commercial clients.
• Present GULFSHINE’s services professionally and respond to client inquiries.
• Follow up on leads and maintain long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Coordinate with the Sales Coordinator to ensure accurate client information and seamless service scheduling.
• Represent GULFSHINE at networking events, community initiatives, and local promotions.

Qualifications & Skills
• Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
• Previous sales or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Professional appearance and ability to represent the company positively in the community.
• Basic understanding of property maintenance or willingness to learn about our services.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US.
