Put it under roof and great guest house or rental apartment. Has one active leak if exposed to the weather (dry and perfect under a roof). RV has been under roof for 3 years and dry and very livable today , “As-Is”.
Completely remodeled RV interior, fully gutted restoration including removing the entire roof, reroof and raising 12" (6" inside finished ceiling height) with new wood truss roof, lots of photo's, chassis in great condition, Cummings 5.9 - 300 diesel engine, (24 valve) with 108,700 miles, runs like a top. New everything, 27" Sub-zero refrigerator w/2 freezer drawers, 2 AC units (front and rear), gas stove, new batteries, all 6 tires are new (maybe 20 miles on them), electric water heater, changed the 30 AMP service to 50 AMP electrical system (will give the connectors to buyer), vinyl wood floors, solid wood cabinets, maple butcher block tops, floating vanity, acrylic shower enclosure, medium size washer/dryer. Onan gas generator.

Starts and runs great. Sat for 3 years while we lived in it remodeling our farmhouse and started the first time I turned the key Nov 1st 2025. Under roof it’s whole life with us and AC running, dehumidifiers (front and back), sub-zero frig always on and working.
New batteries, new tires (6), Onan gas generator.

*We changed the gas water heater to electric water heater.
*Needs a new back up camera system

Titled in FL w/rebuildable/salvage title, no plate on it today, needs to get inspected to get a plate.
We lived in the RV for 15 months while we remodeled our farmhouse.
