Here is our newest and largest Executive Share Resort Home! We have been setting up these homes since 2002! We are very proud of how our Executive Home Sharing format offers the most enjoyable, quality and even luxurious living environment for your lodging dollar!

The five private bedrooms feature a nice air BnB type kitchenette in every bedroom, consisting of a mini fridge, freezer, microwave, air fryer, and a Keurig coffee setup too!
The private apartment features a front and a rear separate entrance which will fit 2 or 3 beds/persons in a very nice new Wellington Resort Home with awesome amenities including pool, pool bar and grill, hot tub, full gym that includes a Precor elliptical, a treadmill, a recumbent stationary bike, dumbbells, benches, stretching and abdominal mats, a pool table, two 65 in TVs with every channel, sports and movie channel too! The apartment features queen beds in its two bedrooms, a desk and chair, a copier, a private bathroom, a high top four seat dining table and a kitchenette with fridge with freezer, microwave, double door air fryer, Keurig coffee setup, sink and wine rack! Also has it’s own pool table with the versatility of being a ping pong table as well as an ice hockey table!
We have a huge yard on our 1 acre estate home, a 2 car garage, plus 8 car driveway parking! We are located just a couple blocks from the very nice Wellington Marketplace Shopping Center with the following stores and restaurants: Starbucks, Burgerfi, Aglioolio's, JoJo's Raw Bar and Grill, Park Avenue BBQ and Grille, Dunkin Donuts, Tulum Mexican Cuisine, Panda Garden, Subway, Papa John's Pizza, Brendy's Frozen Yogurt and Ice Cream, the Fresh Pita Club, and the Brooklyn Bagel of Wellington, Beall's Outlet, Rocky's Ace Hardware, Walgreens, and the European Day Spa!
Also very close to the Wellington Green Mall with such great shopping as Macys, Dillards, JC Penney, Apple Store, CMX Theatres dozens of restaurants and 150 more stores! Also close to Trader Joes, Olive Garden, Costco, Carrabbas, Walmart, Pizza Hut, Planet Fitness and just a few blocks from Forest Hill and Southern!
Please keep in mind that these are off season rates and all are based on 6 month or longer leases. For the last two big seasonal months of February and March we offer the rates below!

What is Executive Share House Living? Well, for the same (or less!) money than someone would spend for a studio the size of a hotel room; residents get to live in a four or five bedroom house having their own private bedroom and a shared or private bath!
It’s Your Room in Your House! Executive Share Done The Right Way!
The biggest difference between living in one of our rooms in our Executive Share homes is the feeling you “don’t get” and that is that you often feel like you’re living in someone else’s home; whether you’re in one of their bedrooms, or their family room or their kitchen! In our share homes, all the residents share the home together; the entire house is all equally yours!
Our unique approach to a safe, clean and sanitized living environment in our Executive Share Houses which include individual silverware and dishes for each resident!
Every bedroom has large screen HDTV’s, thousands of channels, and 1,000 speed wireless internet!
Our resort homes all have either pools or hot tubs (often both!), full size pool tables, private rooms, with private or shared baths, exercise equipment, and fenced yards!
Why is this style of lodging so popular; well, you only pay for your bedroom; the part of the home you use the most; while sharing all the common areas and all the amenities with the other residents!
Thus, this setup allows for the degree of socialization, interaction and also privacy that one prefers while enjoying everything that a large, totally furnished home, with all utilities included offers; while you just pay for one of the bedrooms while enjoying and sharing everything else!
Do, keep in mind, that we do screen all our prospective tenants (not a credit check and no fee for this and no app fee either!) so please text a pix of your driver's license prior to scheduling a tour for the house! We also attempt to keep all of our share homes age related; so you won’t see 30 somethings in the same house with 50 somethings!
Of course you (or perhaps a friend!) will have the opportunity to tour our homes before we accept a deposit, which is a one month deposit on any bedroom until your house tour and screening are both completed!
Also, once you’re on board and in one of our rentals; you also have first dibs on switching to other rentals that do pop open which may be either better located for your needs or priced closer to your preferred affordability level
We also refund all deposits in cash, in person at checkout; minus only the exit cleaning fee of $50 or $85 (if private bath!)
We also don't try to hit you up for any up front money for application or screening fees, etc!
We take Zelle, Cash App and Venmo and have been in business in South Florida since 2002.
Have a 3 wheel grocery bike for carless tenants, a live in Uber/Lyft driver, with private bedrooms starting as low as $1,500 per room! All bedrooms have queen beds except for the master; which has a king bed!

2-Our Deposits: Our deposits are one month's rent; not that ridiculous first, last and security stuff!
3-Our Easy In, Quick occupancy, No application fee, No processing fees, No pet fees, simple screening process (not a credit check!) that enable us to keep out the axe murderers and drug dealers with just a text of a picture of your Driver’s License!
4-Our Amenities: all of our share houses have private, personal locking bedrooms, with mini fridges, microwaves and coffee setups! All have multiple refrigerators which offer just two people per fridge, food storage space, fully furnished with linens, pillows, towels, hangars, clothes baskets, etc. All have fenced yards, off street parking, pool tables, hot tubs, swimming pools and more!
5-Our Extras: we provide all of the following; bottled water, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, bleach, stain lifters, dryer sheets, laundry baskets, and all the household cleaning supplies!
6-Our company has been doing business in Palm Beach County for over 24 years with zero unresolved complaints with the Better Business Bureau!
7-Important to know that if you do a 6 month or longer lease; you avoid that nasty 13% tourist tax!
