We are a transitional living house offering shared housing for men and women. We also accept couples. Our beds/rooms start at $225 per week. We are pet-friendly, but please note that cats are not allowed, with a one-time fee per pet.
There is a one-time processing fee of $180, plus your first week's rent, which is $225 or $250, depending on the rooms or beds available. We can work with you to make a payment toward the processing fee and pay the remainder the following week after you move in. The weekly fee starts at $225, and the total move-in cost is $405 or $435, depending on the available rooms. Monthly rates are available for better pricing.
The kitchen has dishes, pots, pans, silverware, cleaning supplies, central AC, and parking in the driveway. A washer/dryer, big-screen TV, WiFi, and utilities are included.
