Property Manager LCAM (Coral Springs)

education completed: high school/GED
license info: License Community Association Manager
All Board of Directors, Condominiums, HOA's and Mobile Home Parks. My name is Martin Abrams and I am a State Licensed Community Association Manager. For most of my 30 years in the Condominium Industry, I've managed high rises on the beach or across from the beach. Almost all on the East coast except two on the West coast. Now that I'm in my early 60's I'd like to slow the pace down a little. As you can see from my resume I been a key player in many small and large projects, I'm a hands on type of person, my trade from NY was a Union Electrician. Now as the LCAM industry has changed after Covid and the LCAM position has been combined with the Admin position, it was sink or swim. Now we are all looking at a whole new area of the industry the "SIRS" Structural Integrity Reserve Study, which I already been through the study, and looking at the milestone inspection very soon, fortunately if your structure is 2 stories or less you are exempt. At this point in my life as I mentioned a moment ago I'm looking smaller, I have no family, as they are all gone including my wife, so I'm able to move around anywhere in the state and would even consider living on property, I don't need a lot just a roof over my head and a place for my hat to call home. I have no pets and very few hobbies. If you have a position like this open or will soon be open please reach out to me and lets sit down and talk.
