The main duties include answering phones, preparing and submitting permits to building departments, scheduling and coordinating estimates and jobs, invoicing using QuickBooks, Customer relations. Maintain filing system and organization for office. Ideal candidate will have great customer relations/people skills, be a team player, have experience in an office and be well organized and be a great multi-tasker. Must be able to work independently and with little supervision, be a self-starter. Great opportunity for professional growth. Salary depends on experience. $18-$24 per hour.
