We are seeking a highly organized, high-energy, performance-driven Customer Service Dispatcher who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands that every call is an opportunity to serve, solve, and succeed.

🌟 What You’ll Do
As a CSR, you are the first voice of Hi-Tech. You set the tone for the customer experience and play a critical role in revenue growth and operational efficiency.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Answering all incoming calls before the 3rd ring with warmth and professionalism
• Properly greeting customers and asking strategic questions to accurately identify service needs
• Verifying address, email, and all pertinent contact information
• Achieving a 90%+ booking ratio
• Overcoming objections confidently and professionally
• Proactively filling schedule gaps by following up on unsold estimates and previous leads
• Entering detailed notes into ServiceTitan to support dispatch and field technicians
• Supporting field technicians by tracking daily productivity
• Communicating scheduling changes clearly and efficiently
• Professionally rescheduling appointments when necessary
• Conducting “Happy Call” follow-ups to ensure 100% satisfaction
This is not a passive call-answering role — this is a performance-based, revenue-impacting position that directly contributes to company success.
🎯 Who We’re Looking For
We want professionals who are confident communicators, organized under pressure, and motivated by results.
Required Qualifications:
• Palm Beach County residents only
• 3+ years of high-volume dispatching, scheduling, or customer service experience
• Ability to work Monday–Friday between 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM and rotation schedule for remote work during oncall after hours
• Clear, concise, and professional verbal communication skills
• Strong multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of Palm Beach County geography
• Computer proficiency with strong data entry accuracy
• Ability to sit for extended periods (data-entry intensive role)
Preferred Qualifications:
• HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical industry experience
• ServiceTitan software experience
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
