We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our growing team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring our pool construction projects are entered, tracked, communicated, and completed efficiently from contract signing through project completion.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys construction, customer service, organization, and working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Enter new projects into our project management system
Review contracts, plans, and job information for accuracy
Contact customers and establish communication preferences (phone, email, text, group text, etc.)
Coordinate with permitting, construction, service, and office teams
Track project progress and update customer records
Schedule and follow up on project milestones
Maintain organized job files and documentation
Assist with customer communication throughout the construction process
Ensure project information is accurately documented and communicated internally
Help identify and resolve project issues before they become problems
Qualifications
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Construction, project coordination, or administrative experience preferred
Experience with Microsoft Office and project management software is a plus
Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
