As a Customer Service Administrative Assistant, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience from start to finish.
Job responsibilities include:
- Be the first point of contact for our customers, answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Schedule and manage service appointments, ensuring efficient routing and timely service.
- Support field technicians by providing necessary information and coordinating schedules.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing reports.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information in our database.
- Process payments, generate invoices, and manage accounts receivable.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
* A positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
