Our client, a nonprofit organization dedicated to fighting antisemitism is seeking an Office Assistant to join their Boca Raton office.
• This is a part-time temp position.
• The pay rate is $20.00 per hour.
Position Summary:
Temporary position to provide operational support including office relocation activities, organizing files and records, inventory management, and other administrative tasks as needed.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Review and sort office files; archive documents according to retention guidelines
• Organize, pack, and/or label office supplies, equipment, furniture, and materials
• Conduct inventory of equipment, supplies, and assets; document condition and location
• Coordinate with moving vendors and facilities team as needed
• Ensure proper disposal or recycling of obsolete materials
• Assist with office setup
• Provide general administrative and operational support
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lift and move boxes and equipment while organizing documents (if needed)
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment
Physical Requirements:
• Prolonged standing, bending, and lifting
• Ability to navigate between office spaces
