Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Office Assistant to support our daily administrative operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills, solid computer knowledge, and experience using QuickBooks is Required.
Schedule:
• Part-time: 3 days per week
• Days: Monday, Tuesday & Thursday
• Hours: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming phone calls professionally and courteously
• Respond to emails in a timely manner
• Perform filing and general office organization
• Send backflow test reports to the appropriate utilities
• Contact customers to follow up on approvals for testing and repairs
• Assist with basic QuickBooks tasks
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and utilities
• Support other administrative duties as needed
Qualifications
• Mid-level position (office experience a must)
• Knowledge of QuickBooks preferred
• Strong computer skills (email, data entry, document handling, excel, word and outlook)
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• English required (Spanish is a plus)
• Organized, reliable, and able to multitask
