We are a growing mortgage company looking for an outgoing, friendly, and highly organized Assistant to the Branch Manager who also enjoys supporting social media and marketing efforts. We are a small, close-knit office with a family-like culture and a fast-paced environment.
Schedule:
Monday – Thursday: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Friday: 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize the Branch Manager’s calendar and daily priorities
- Assist with day-to-day office tasks and keep operations running smoothly
- Prepare and send client and partner packages (pre-approval boxes, welcome packets, thank-you cards, etc.)
- Order and organize office and marketing supplies
- Help with light writing tasks such as thank-you notes and short communications
- Maintain organized files, systems, and workflows
- Create engaging content for Instagram and Facebook
- Design posts, stories, and reels using Canva and CapCut
- Assist with content planning, scheduling, and brand consistency
Qualifications:
- Outgoing, friendly, and personable
- Extremely detail-oriented and organized
- Willingness to learn and take constructive criticism well
- Comfortable in a fast-paced office with high expectations
- Experience with Excel
- Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Instagram, and Facebook
- Thick skin, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
