We’re hiring someone who moves fast, takes ownership, and figures things out.
This is a hands-on, in-person role working directly with the founders, helping drive product development, execution, and day-to-day momentum across multiple CPG brands.
We operate as a venture studio and product development partner in the CPG space, building at the intersection of wellness, food & beverage, and early-stage brand development.
This is not a traditional role.
You won’t be given a playbook. You’ll be expected to help build it.
This is a great fit for someone early in their career who wants real experience, not theory.
What You’ll Actually Be Doing:
Keeping projects moving. When something stalls, you unblock it
Jumping between product development, sourcing, and execution as needed
Owning follow-ups with vendors, suppliers, and partners
Organizing information so decisions can be made quickly
Helping prep for production, launches, and day-to-day operations
Catching gaps before they become problems
Taking things off the founders’ plate and seeing them through
Some days are structured. Most are not.
You need to be comfortable operating in both.

Part-time (1099 to start)
Compensation TBD based on experience
In-person (Delray Beach)
