I brought this motorcycle from California and the amount of paperwork and registration cost is not worth the time.
I’ll give you the paperwork and sign it off but can’t guarantee it’ll pass…I don’t feel like buying a battery to check the mileage but it’s the same as the transfer paperwork.
Long story short. Clean bike if you got the time.
