We are actively seeking reliable property preservation vendors and crews to service foreclosure/REO properties throughout Palm Beach County, including:
West Palm Beach
, Lake Worth
, Boynton Beach, 
Delray Beach, 
Wellington
, Palm Beach Gardens
, Jupiter, 
Riviera Beach
, Belle Glade
, Pahokee
, Royal Palm Beach, 
Loxahatchee 
And surrounding areas
🛠Work Includes:

• Grass cuts and yard maintenance – starting at $40 per cut

• Lock changes – $35 per lock

• Lockbox installs – $20 each

• Debris removal – $18–$21 per cubic yard (dump receipts required)

• Roof tarping – emergency and temporary

• Window boarding and repairs

• Pressure washing

• Tree trimming and shrub maintenance

• Interior trash-outs, cleaning, and broom sweeps

• Minor handyman repairs and general maintenance tasks
🔧 Requirements:

• Pickup truck and or trailer preferred

• Basic tools and equipment

• Smartphone or tablet for photo documentation (PPW/XactPRM experience is a plus)

• Reliable transportation

• Strong communication and professionalism

• Previous preservation, maintenance, landscaping, or handyman experience preferred
