Supervisor
We are seeking to recruit a Supervisor. In addition to overseeing and executing projects, you may be required to undertake site visits and produce estimates in respect of general landscaping, general construction and tree work projects as directed. Applicants must reside in Palm Beach County, between Boynton and West Palm Beach - Lake Worth is preferred.
Responsibilities include:
Overseeing/managing crew members for the purpose of completing projects
Conducting site visits
Formulating estimates
Performing professional landscaping/construction/tree work duties and other errands
Driving duties/facilitating the transportation of workers to sites (as directed) and driving
Enforcing city, property, association rules and all relevant regulations in relation to projects
Working Hours - 7:00 A.M. - 5:30 P.M.
Working some weekends may be required
Skills and Qualifications for Candidates:
Valid Driver's License
Previous experience on landscaping/construction site with crew
Experience in landscape construction/tree work or a related field
Familiarity with Landscaping Contracts
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Excellent communication skills
A God-fearing nature is an asset
Capable of doing estimates
Tree Climber/Landscaper is required to have:
Tree climbing skills
Experience in landscape construction/tree work or a related field
Familiarity with Landscaping Contracts
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Excellent communication skills
A God-fearing nature is an asset
Part-Time Estimator is required to have:
Smart Phone
Working Laptop
Valid Driver's License
Training will be provided in order to assist the General Manager secure projects
Estimator must have reliable transportation to and from work
Salary payable and/or commission payable of 10% on successful leads
