We remodel homes for hedge funds and real estate investors.
Duties include:• Demo work• Kitchen & bathroom tear-outs• Flooring removal• Removing doors/materials• Landscaping & exterior cleanup• Prepping areas for trades• Caulking• Touch-up painting• General labor
This is NOT a dead-end job.
If you are reliable, willing to learn, and able to eventually complete work independently, there is strong opportunity for higher pay and advancement.
Requirements:• Must live in Palm Beach County• Reliable transportation (not Uber)• Basic tools are a plus• Must speak English• Must be dependable and show up on time
1099 independent contractor position.Must have Zelle or Venmo for payment.
