We are hiring a dependable Driver/Mover to join the NXTMOVE team located in Lake Worth, FL. In this role, you will help complete local residential and commercial moves by driving, loading, unloading, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities
• Drive a box truck safely and follow all traffic and company safety rules.
• Load, unload, wrap, and secure furniture, boxes, and other items.
• Assist with packing, unpacking, furniture setup, and job-site organization.
• Complete moves efficiently while providing professional customer service.
• Inspect vehicles and equipment and report any issues promptly.
Requirements
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred.
• Moving, delivery, warehouse, or box truck experience preferred.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work well with a team.
• Good communication and customer service skills required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to lift heavy items, work on your feet for extended periods, climb stairs, and work in South Florida heat and humidity.
