We are a fast‑growing **reconstruction & remodeling company** looking for a **Project Manager** who knows how to run jobs, communicate clearly, and keep projects moving with quality and speed.
### **What You’ll Do**
- Manage residential & light commercial reconstruction projects
- Coordinate subs, schedules, materials, and inspections
- Walk jobs, document progress, and ensure quality control
- Communicate with homeowners, adjusters, and internal team
- Keep projects on time, on budget, and aligned with scope
### **Requirements**
- **Minimum 3 years of Xactimate estimating experience (required)**
- Experience in construction, remodeling, or restoration
- Strong communication & organization skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
