We build custom residential and commercial pools, spas, and water features across South Florida. We're growing fast and need a sharp Project Manager who can run jobs from permit to punch-out without hand-holding.
What You'll Be Doing
Managing multiple pool construction projects simultaneously from groundbreak to final inspection
Coordinating crews, subcontractors, material deliveries, and inspection scheduling
Communicating directly with clients, builders, and inspectors — professionally and proactively
Tracking job progress against schedule and budget, flagging issues before they become problems
Reviewing plans, submittals, and change orders
When necessary to be on site Keeping job sites compliant, clean, and moving
What We're Looking For
Reliable, organized, and able to manage your own schedule without being micromanaged
Strong communicator with clients, subs, and inspectors
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a strong plus
Compensation
Salary commensurate with experience
