Position Requirements:
• Strong climbing ability using modern rope & saddle techniques
• Proficient in structural pruning, canopy reduction, and ANSI-standard pruning practices
• Experience working safely at height in residential and commercial environments
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to read and comprehend work orders
• Team leadership abilities
Preferred Skills (Plus):
• Chipper and chainsaw operation
• Rigging, removals, and advanced pruning techniques
