We are looking for quality Sub-Contractors that can work full-time.
We require our Sub-Contractors to have a valid driver's license and your own reliable transportation.
We require our Sub-Contractors to have Business Insurance, Workers Comp Insurance and 1099 compensation structure.
Looking for Sub-contractors with a minimum five years experience and tools including a van or truck (no sign on vehicle), drops, ladders, sprayer, and hand tools.
Pay structure as follows:
$1 per sqft (floor sqft)
5,000 sqft house interior/exterior$5,000 (each)
3,000 sqft house interior/exterior repaint$3,000 (each)
2,000 sqft house interior/exterior repaint$2,000 (each)
