This is a juice extractor not an emulsifier. For those who don't know the difference and emulsifier will ground down a whole piece of fruit with skin and all where this device you put in a piece of celery and it extracts the juice and the skin and pulp will go into the container sits up against the machine. You can put a grocery bag inside the plastic container where all the pulp goes into and toss it. Or you can save the pulp and use it to make muffins and cakes or breads. This is very easy to take apart and clean all the tools come with it
