Single retired man looking for a condo for rent in South Florida ( anywhere from Hollywood to Vero Beach) . I can do a long term lease or rent temporarily while you are selling condo. I am a good tenant . My income is fixed and $850 or lower is my target rent . So many condos are sitting empty as they aren't selling and the rental asking prices are a little too high for me.
