He is 90 has lost his sight from glaucoma and also has bouts of memory issues. He needs care is with daily living activity because of vision loss, he can use the bathroom on his own, bathe himself, feed himself etc. He has daily therapy and physical activity that we encourage him to do. Schedule is live-in 4 days, Saturday onday morning through Wednesday morning.
Services needed include: meal preparation, companionship, light housekeeping (his laundry, keeping him bedroom clean, etc), bathing assistance/ dressing assistance and general guidance through day to day activities due to his lack of eyesight. He just needs to be treated with kindness and respect.
Skills needed:
- speak distinct english and hold an in depth conversation in english
- a good cook
- willingness to learn new approaches for senior care
