Experienced Assistant wanted for busy house call veterinary practice. Duties will include: answering telephones, client communication, scheduling appointments, medical records maintenance, prescription refills, patient intake and discharge, errands. Applicant should have reasonable computer skills, pleasant phone voice, reliable transportation, and a reasonable knowledge of the local geography for scheduling house calls. Since many of the work hours will be on your own and unsupervised I am asking for experienced individuals only. Work from home or at our office when needed with your cellphone and an internet connection. Applicant should have exceptional telephone skills, good handwriting, and be computer literate. BYOD - bring your own device. Use your own cell phone/tablet/computer for calls and receive allowance toward usage
