Client is 85 years old requires hands-on assistance with bathing dressing and transferring. He is very independent and wants to continue that way. He requires assistance with exiting and entering shower. He requires assistance with shoes/ socks. He will need rides to doctors appointment grocery store and social outings. In the caregivers car. He is a major fall risk, but has not fallen in recent times. He uses a walker when walking around the home and outside. Will require shadowing.
Schedule is 5 days a week Monday-Friday 8am to 8pm with High Pay
