We are currently seeking a Licensed Health Insurance Agent to join our team at Ideal Senior Benefits. This is a 100% remote, full-time 1099 independent contractor position focusing on Medicare sales.
Job Title: Licensed Health Insurance Agent – Medicare (Remote)
Estimated Earnings: $50,000 – $100,000 per year (Uncapped commission + weekly pay
Schedule: Monday–Thursday (9:30 AM – 6:00 PM) and Friday (9:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls and live transfers (no cold calling).
- Educate clients on Medicare plans, benefits, and enrollment processes.
- Assess healthcare needs and recommend suitable Medicare Advantage or Supplement plans.
- Meet or exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
- Active Florida 2-15 (Health & Life) or 2-40 (Health Only) Insurance License.
- Ability to work remotely with a dedicated home office setup.
Training & Support:
- Comprehensive 1-2 week initial training program.
- Ongoing coaching and access to proven sales systems.
- Support for obtaining additional state licenses as required.
