Angel Mist Bamboo plants, 3 gallon (Palm Beach County)

Dendrocalamus minor amoenus - Angel Mist Bamboo

Tight clumping, no low branching. Beautiful whitish bloom combined with irregular culm stripes combine to present an eye-catching appearance.
Makes a stunning garden focal point. The smallest and most frost-tolerant Dendrocalamus available. Will grow to 35' with 3" dia. culms.
As are all tropical bamboo species, this is a clumping bamboo and does not spread uncontrollably. The temperate bamboos, grown in northern climates, are mostly runners (we do not grow temperate bamboos).

3 gallon bamboos are 2'-3' tall. Also available: 7, 15, 25 gallon sizes as well as field-grown specimens.

Tropical Bamboo® Nursery & Gardens - The Bamboo Plant Source

Tropical Bamboo®, Inc. is a 14 acre nursery and display garden specializing in tropical, clumping bamboo plants. This is the largest display collection of tropical bamboo varieties in the United States.
The gardens are open to the public Monday-Saturday 8:00-4:30. The nursery is based in Loxahatchee, (Palm Beach) Florida. Directions and a map can be found on the Contact Us page of tropicalbamboo.com.
The nursery founder is the president of the Florida/Caribbean Chapter of the American Bamboo Society - we have been directly involved with the most significant discoveries and events related to bamboo throughout the world.
This includes the importation of most of the tropical bamboo species through the chapter's USDA quarantine system. We are certified by the Florida Department of Agriculture (Registration # 47231849) and also have certificates to ship to most U.S. States.
Tropical Bamboo Nursery currently offers more than 200 varieties of bamboo from container sizes to field grown. These include an exotic rainbow of culm colors, variegation, and form.
Our nursery prides itself with educating our visitors on bamboo-related aspects and recommending the perfect species for each application.
