At the ripe old age of 71 I can not deal with getting on a 12 foot ladder and putting this 12 foot Lighted 5 piece Christmas tree up. This tree sold for $ 1,200 2 years ago.I still have the original box for it and for $ 300.00 it is yours to enjoy in the years to come.
