At Grandma’s Brooklyn Pizza, we focus on authentic hand-stretched New York pizza, Grandma pies, Sicilian pies, and high-volume quality service. We are seeking someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, consistency, speed, and maintaining top-tier product quality during busy rushes.
This is NOT an entry-level position. You must understand how to handle a full pizza station, manage oven flow, and perform under pressure while delivering true New York–style pizza.
Requirements:
• MUST SPEAK FLUENT ENGLISH
• Minimum 1 year experience as a pizza maker
• Experience with hand-stretched New York–style dough
• Ability to manage and run a pizza station during high-volume service
• Knowledge of dough handling, stretching, topping, baking, and oven management
• Strong sense of urgency and organization
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Reliable and punctual
• Must maintain consistency and quality in every pie
