We pride ourselves on our catering services and delicious menu, from our signature pizzas to our popular food trays like Chicken Parmigiana, Baked Ziti, and Lasagna. We are looking for an energetic, reliable, and skilled Pizza Maker to join our kitchen team and help us continue providing the "Great Food, Great Prices" experience our customers love.
Key Responsibilities:
Pizza Preparation: Prepare hand-tossed pizzas according to Al Forno recipes and quality standards, ensuring consistency in taste and appearance.
Station Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked pizza station throughout your shift.
Catering Support: Assist in preparing our popular catering "Party Packs" and food trays for birthdays, game days, office parties, and other celebrations.
Speed & Efficiency: Execute orders efficiently to maintain our commitment to fresh, prompt service.
Food Safety: Adhere strictly to all health department regulations and internal food safety/sanitation protocols.
Team Collaboration: Work effectively with the rest of the kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a pizza maker or line cook is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for high-quality food.
Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and evenings as needed.
