What You’ll Do
To be a supportive Cafe Manager by leading and supervising Shift Leaders and Crew Members to ensure smooth, efficient café operations.
Deliver “Unparalleled Hospitality” by exceeding guest expectations and creating a fun, welcoming atmosphere with your “Tropitude.”
Train, coach, and develop team members on café procedures, brand standards, and high-quality product preparation.
Help manage labor, control food and paper costs, and maintain accurate inventory using established tools and guidelines.
Assist with opening and closing procedures and perform other duties as needed to maintain a positive, team-focused work culture. Must be at least 18 years old with open availability (mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed).
At least 1 year of management or supervisory experience preferred (restaurant or retail experience a plus).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for customer service and teamwork.
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team in a fast-paced environment.
