Duties
Lead food preparation and cooking activities on the line, ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation standards are met at all times

Qualifications
Proven experience in fine dining environments with strong culinary skills in food preparation and cooking

Knowledge of dietary requirements, food safety standards, and inventory management practices within the food industry
Hands-on experience with food service management, catering operations, and menu planning
