The Cashier Phone Person at Lennys Pizza Boca should be a welcoming face of our family-friendly kosher restaurant. This role combines warm hospitality, efficient service, and smooth coordination between guests and the kitchen. The ideal candidate is upbeat, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Guest Experience
• Greet customers with a friendly, positive attitude
• Provide menu guidance and answer questions about items, ingredients, and specials
• Maintain a clean and welcoming front-of-house environment
Cashier Duties
• Take orders accurately through POS System Clover
• Process payments (cash, card )
• Package orders for takeout and ensure accuracy before handing off
General Support
• Restock napkins, utensils, sauces, and beverage stations clean tables
• Keep the counter and guest area clean and organized
• Assist with light closing/opening tasks as needed
Qualifications
• Friendly, outgoing personality
• Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure
• Strong communication skills
• Basic POS or cashier experience is a plus (we train!)
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
