About the Role
The House Cleaning Contractors will support DMC Homes by preparing homes for staging, post-install cleaning, rental cleanings, pre-sale cleanings, and recurring client cleanings. You will ensure every property meets our high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and client satisfaction.
This role involves working independently, traveling to various job sites, and providing consistent, high-quality cleaning services.

Responsibilities
* Perform detailed residential cleaning, including kitchens, bathrooms, living rooms, bedrooms, and common areas
* Complete pre-staging and post-staging cleanings
* Clean furnished rentals between guest stays
* Conduct move-in/move-out deep cleanings as needed
* Maintain a clean, organized, and professional environment in every home
* Follow DMC Homes’ cleaning protocols and checklist systems
* Communicate with team members using mobile apps or platforms (must be tech-savvy)
* Track hours and completed tasks
* Safely transport cleaning supplies and equipment to each job site
* Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients or vendors

Requirements
* Reliable personal vehicle
* Must provide your own cleaning supplies and basic equipment
* Ability to travel throughout Miami, Broward, and Palm Beach counties
* Experience in residential cleaning (1+ year preferred)
* Must be organized, punctual, and able to work independently
* Tech-savvy (comfortable using apps for scheduling, communication, and task tracking)
* Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
* Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and handle physical cleaning tasks
* Professional and courteous demeanor at all times
* Must read, speak and understand the english
* Legally authorized to work as a 1099 contractor
