After much thought I’ve decided on selling this car out of my personal collection of R107s and would love to see it go to a good home.
This is a beautiful showroom condition 1987 Mercedes 560SL one of the most iconic Benz’s cars of all time.
With ultra rare low Mileage of just 25,000 miles
Which is as close to a new 560SL as you’ll get.
This car is in collector quality condition,
The Arctic white paint is a 10 out of 10 you will not find a flaw in the paint.
There is absolutely 0 dings,scuffs,stone chips or scratches in the paint.
The paint shines brilliantly with no fading or blemishes. All panels and gaps align perfectly
The chrome on the car is flawless with no dings, or scratches along with the bumper fillers not faded or scuffed
The beautiful blue leather interior is flawless,
The seats as seen are in excellent condition,
There are no rips or cracks in any of the seats they are all original never recovered or touched
up.
The seat springs still feel like new Mercedes seats that have not been sat on.
Door cards and panels are in excellent condition. No sagging or imperfections.
Sunvisors are firm and do not fall or move
The dash is perfect with no cracks or blemishes
The woodgrain is immaculate and is still full of luster absolutely zero cracks
The carpets are still soft and plushy
The convertible soft top is in excellent condition and was never even really used. It is still firm with no rips or loose threads
The back window is Crystal clear with no fogging or yellowing
The hardtop is an excellent shape as well and so is the headliner on the hardtop
The car is in excellent shape mechanically and runs and drives beautifully. It drives excellent
like a new 560SL would.
-Engine has lots of power and the transmission shifts perfectly smooth with no hesitation.
-Suspension is solid and there are no clunks or shakes.
-Brakes are like new and it’ll stop on a dime.
-There are absolutely 0 leaks on this car or warnings lights
-All seals, hoses and gaskets are in great shape, no cracking
-A/C blows ice cold & strong from all vents so does the heat
-steering is tight and direct as it should be
-all power windows, mirrors, lights work
-All odometer gauges work accurately
-mileage odometer and trip odometer work perfect
Overall this is a beautiful low mileage example of one of Mercedes Best Designed Cars. This would make a great collector investment piece as these cars are only going to go up from here.
Or even just as your Sunday driver.
This is a turnkey collector car and I would love to see it go to the right home.
