Providing Workers Compensation Insurance, in Florida, for 34 years and excited about what we do! Our office is in Palm Beach Gardens, just off I-95 .

This position has a range responsibilities, including: customer communications via phone and email, issue COI's, online researches, policy reviews and change requests, prospect applications, mailers and more.

This position requires someone who:
Is computer proficient (Type 50 wpm, Microsoft Office/Word and Excel knowledge/capability)
Has great phone skills and enjoy's working with and assisting people
Takes pride their work, it's accuracy and in meeting/exceeding goals
Is eager to learn and likes to be proactive in problem solvingw
Works well independently but enjoys being part of a team
Is looking for long term employment with a financially secure and ethical company

Starting salary will depend on your experience. Base hourly rate for the position is $13.00 per hour, training, pay increases and bonus program provided.

Your schedule will be M-F , 8-5 with an hour for lunch. You may be ask to work a 1/2 day on Saturday, no more then once a month.
